Every technology initiative has a grey area

Every technology initiative has a grey area. It is the space between the strategy and the actual work. The roadmap may be directionally clear, but delivery still depends on the right people. Internal teams may understand the business need, but lack the capacity or specialized experience to execute. A portfolio company may need to integrate systems, modernize data, stabilize an ERP program, or accelerate a transformation effort, but the path from plan to progress is rarely clean or linear.

Greyline was built by people who have lived both sides of this. We understand technology initiatives, transformation work, and systems priorities, and we understand talent, because finding the right person is never just matching a resume to a job description. It means understanding the initiative, the environment, the urgency, and the kind of person who can actually move the work forward.

He brings decades of experience across recruiting, HR, candidate assessment, and talent delivery. David helps translate client needs into practical role requirements, identify qualified technology professionals, and ensure Greyline delivers candidates who can succeed in complex client environments.
